Blueberry, cinnamon & oat smoothie
A vibrant coloured, nutrient-packed, way to start the day.
Ingredients
- 1 cup So Good Regular Soy Milk
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tsp honey, optional
Method
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Serve immediately, or prepare the night before and store in a covered container in the fridge.
Tips
- If prepared in advance, smoothie will thicken slightly as the oats absorb some of the liquid.
