Start doing things for tomorrow’s you. These yummy bright pink chia pots are sure to make waking up tomorrow morning that little bit better.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp Beetroot juice
  • 1 cup So Good Oat Milk No Added Sugar

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until well combined.
  2. Transfer to fridge for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Serve with fresh fruit and granola. Serves 2.
