Rocky road ice-cream is a wonderful dairy-free summer dessert the kids will love.

Ingredients

1L So Good Chocolate Bliss frozen dessert, softened
1/4 cup marshmallows, chopped
30g authentic turkish delight, chopped
1 tbs crushed nuts
125g strawberries, hulled and chopped

Method

Place softened So Good Chocolate Bliss frozen dessert in a mixing bowl. Stir in marshmallows, Turkish delight, nuts and half of the strawberries.
Return to freezer for at least half an hour.
Serve topped with remaining strawberries.
