- ¼ cup mango, diced
- ½ cup pineapple, diced
- ¼ avocado
- ¼ frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon flaked coconut
- Raw almonds
- Wholegrain oats

- Place all ingredients in a blender jug and puree until smooth.
