Peachy nut smoothie is a high protein summer treat that will hit the spot.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup So Good Almond Milk Unsweetened
  • ¾ cup of peaches in juice (drained)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbs peanut butter
  • ½ cup ice
  • chopped nuts and seeds (optional)

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and seeds.
