Rock around the tropics

Why not start your morning with a quick trip to the tropics? This delicious smoothie recipe will surely transport your tastebuds to warmer climates, with fresh mango and rock melon!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup So Good Almond and Coconut Milk Unsweetened
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • ½ cup rockmelon, skin removed and diced
  • ½ cup mango, skin removed
  • ½ banana
  • Ice

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and smooth.
  2. Serve in a tall glass. Enjoy!
