Ingredients
- 1 cup So Good Almond and Coconut Milk Unsweetened
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- ½ cup rockmelon, skin removed and diced
- ½ cup mango, skin removed
- ½ banana
- Ice
Method
- Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and smooth.
- Serve in a tall glass. Enjoy!
