Spiced baked donuts are perfect on their own, and even better with a drizzle of caramel sauce!

  • 1/2 cup So Good™ Oat No Added Sugar Milk
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups plain wholemeal flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

For the glaze,

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup So Good™ Oat No Added Sugar Milk
  • 1 tsp margarine or dairy-free spread
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
