Christmas Spiced Bliss Balls

Ingredients

Ball Ingredients
  • 3 cups ground almonds
  • 1/3 cup So Good Oat No Added Sugar Milk
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup currants
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp mixed spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Topping
  • ½ cup melted white chocolate

Method

  1. Place all the ball ingredients in a medium bowl and mix to combine.
  2. Form the mixture into balls and place onto a lined plate.
  3. Drizzle the melted white chocolate on top.
  4. Place in the fridge to become firm.
