So Good chocolate mousse

So Good have teamed up with Makaia Carr, owner/director of Motivate Me, to develop a range of delicious, healthy recipes that are easy for you to make in the comfort of your own home.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana 
  • ½ avocado 
  • ¼ cup So Good Almond Coconut Milk 
  • 1 heaped tbs cacao
  • 1 tsp of sweetener (I used stevia) 
  • A sprinkle of desiccated coconut

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve in two small glass bowls
  3. Sprinkle with coconut
