Pumpkin spice latte

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup So Good Barista Oat Milk
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ? tsp ground nutmeg
  • ? tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 shot (40mL) espresso

Method

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the pumpkin puree, milk and maple syrup. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  2. Add in the spices, vanilla extract and espresso and whisk until smooth and well combined. Turn off the heat and pour into a mug.
  3. Garnish with a pinch of cinnamon and enjoy.
