Ingredients
- ¼ cup of oats, cooked and cooled
- 1 cup So Good Almond Milk Unsweetened
- 1 cup frozen blueberries or raspberries
- 1 tbs Sanitarium No Added Salt Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 1 banana
- 1 prune or date
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tbs vanilla plant based protein powder (optional)
- ¼ avocado, skin and stone removed (optional)
Method
- Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and smooth.
- Serve in a tall glass. Enjoy!
