Choc banana mousse is a new take on a classic dessert

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 avocado
  • ½ cup of So Good Regular soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons of cacao (or cocoa powder)
  • 1 teaspoon of Stevia/natural sweetener (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of shredded coconut (garnish)

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Spoon into a serving glass.
