Ingredients
- 1 cup So Good High Protein Almond Milk
- 1 banana
- 1 carrot, peeled and diced
- 1 tbs flax seed
- 2 tsp maple syrup (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tbs Vanilla plant based protein powder (optional)
Method
- Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and smooth.
- Serve in a tall glass. Enjoy!
