Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- 2 cups hot water
- ½ cup So Good Lite soy milk
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
Method
- Place the rolled oats, hot water, So Good Lite soy milk and salt in a saucepan over medium heat and stir until the mixture boils and thickens or microwave on high for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the honey and mashed banana.
- Serve with extra banana and So Good Lite soy milk to taste.
