- 2 cups So Good Regular soy milk
- 8 fresh apricots, seeds removed
- 2 tbs almond meal
- 1 tbs wheat germ
- 1 tbs honey
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into two glasses to serve.
- Canned apricots can replace fresh apricots.
- Make your own almond meal by crushing whole almonds in a blender until fine.
