Are So Good cartons recyclable?

So Good cartons are no longer collected in NZ kerbside recycling, however the good news is that there is a Food & Beverage Carton Recycling Scheme which collects clean flat food & beverage cartons and  turns them into awesome building materials. Does So Good contain genetically modified ingredients?

Why is sugar added?

Dairy milk contains lactose (a natural occurring sugar), which gives a low level of sweetness. Some of our So Good products contain a small amount of sugar to try produce the same low-level of sweetness as found in dairy milk. However, if you prefer a less sweeter taste we do offer unsweetened Almond Milk, or Almond & Coconut Milk.

Can I have So Good during pregnancy?

The So Good range is all suitable/safe to consume while pregnant.

Does So Good Soy milk use Soy protein isolate or the whole Soy bean?

So Good soy milk is a nutritious drink made from soy protein isolate that is formulated to be nutritionally similar to dairy milk.

How much calcium is in So Good soy milk compared to dairy milk?

Our So Good soy milks are a good source of calcium. One serve of So Good Regular or So Good Essential provides 50% of your recommended daily intake (RDI) of calcium, whilst one serve of regular dairy milk provides 39% of your RDI. So Good Lite provides 37% of the calcium RDI per serve, while lite dairy milk provides 41% of the calcium RDI per serve.

How much calcium is in So Good nut milks compared to dairy milk?

Our So Good nut milks have calcium added to help give them a similar mouthfeel to dairy milk. This provides 23% of your recommended daily intake (RDI) of calcium per serve.
